Turkey Antipasto Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce tossed in an Italian vinaigrette and topped with sliced Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, roasted red peppers, black olives and pepperoncini.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey, Diced
- 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- ½ Cup Provolone Cheese, Diced
- ½ Cup Italian Vinaigrette
- ¼ Cup Red Onion, Sliced
- ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
- ¼ Cup Black Olives, Sliced
- 4 Pepperoncini
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey and provolone cheese in the Italian vinaigrette and place it into a serving dish.
- Top with the red onion, roasted red peppers, black olives and pepperoncini.
