Monte Cristo Crostini

Toasted crostini topped with sliced Sahlen’s Maple Sugar Ham Cured with Honey, gouda cheese and raspberry jam, jam sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup.

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb Sahlen’s Maple Sugar Ham Cured with Honey, Sliced
  • 8 Crostini, Toasted
  • 2 Gouda Cheese Slices, Quartered
  • ½ Cup Raspberry Jam
  • Garnish with Powdered Sugar
  • Serve with Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Top each crostini with 1 oz of Sahlen’s Maple Sugar Ham Cured with Honey, a piece of gouda cheese and 1 tbsp of raspberry jam.
  2. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top of each crostini and serve with maple syrup.
